How to request a refund from YEIDA

I got my refund after ~3 months. 
Bottom line is - if you will not follow-up, YEIDA does not bother to send refund even in the era of Digital India.

The process is like this:
      1-Send email to queries (at) yamunaexpresswayauthority.com immediately after draw has completed. Provide RTSG/NEFT transfer details ( screenshot from your account) in email.

      2-Keep sending remainder on every alternate day until you get email that says - Bank of Baroda ( or whatever bank) has been advised to process a refund.

    3-Wait for a couple of days and then repeat step 1

    4- Escalation can be done Contact our Key Officials
